June Brings Farmers Market, Auto Show, Music to Ocean City Stage

Ocean City has packed its June calendar with a variety of activities. OCNJDaily shares the following event highlights from a busy month ahead:

Weekly Farmers Market

The weekly June farmers market opens for the summer with fresh local produce on sale on the grounds of the Ocean City Tabernacle (Asbury Avenue between Fifth Street and Sixth Street) from 8 a.m. to noon every Wednesday beginning on June 4. The market also includes craft vendors on the adjacent 500 block of Asbury Avenue.

Ocean City Flower Show

Witness beautiful amateur, commercial, and children’s flower displays at the Ocean City Music Pier. Show times are 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, June 6; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 7; and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 8.

Emergency Responder 5K

Formerly known as the “Cop Chase,” this event on Saturday, June 14, will feature 5-kilometer and 1-mile runs starting on the Boardwalk and finishing on the Ocean City High School track. Children’s events will take place on the field.

Antique Auto Show

More than 300 classic vehicles will be on exhibit from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, on the Ocean City Tabernacle grounds (Sixth and Asbury), followed by a trip to the Boardwalk for a parade. More information is available at jerseycape.aaca.com.

Beach Boys Concerts

The 2025 Boardwalk Summer Concert Series at the Ocean City Music Pier opens with four shows by the Beach Boys. Concerts begin at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Monday, June 23, and Tuesday, June 24. Tickets are available at etix.com.

Killer Queen

Witness this premier tribute to the music of Queen beginning at 7 p.m. on Monday, June 30, at the Music Pier. Tickets are available at etix.com.
