Last week, Burger King brought back Cini Minis to menus nationwide. These tiny cinnamon rolls disappeared 13 years ago, but now they’re back and better than ever. Priced at $2.99, each order comes with a delicious icing for dipping. Cini Minis first appeared in 1998 but were taken off the menu in 2012. Now, you can enjoy them any time of day, not just at breakfast.
Burger King tested Cini Minis in Florida last November before launching them everywhere. If you’re looking to save some cash, you can add them to the $5 Duo or $7 Trio meal deals. Fans have been eager for their return. One fan, Brett Pickett, expressed his excitement, saying, “Cini-Minis were a large part of my childhood. I demand they bring Cini-Minis back so I can once again enjoy the sweet miniature cinnamon rolls of goodness.”
Back in 2016, fans even started a Change.org petition to bring them back, gathering over 6,700 signatures. Although a big event caused a slight delay, Burger King stuck to their August 27 launch date, just two days later than planned. The positive response from the Florida test run confirmed it was the right time to bring them back.
As news spread on social media, fans shared their memories and excitement. Many compared Cini Minis to other beloved discontinued items, like McDonald’s old Cinnamelts. It’s clear that these sweet treats have a special place in the hearts of many!
