Doyle is a Beast at the Foundry in Philly

Longtime member of punk legends The Misfits, Doyle brought his “AS WE DIE World Abomination Tour” to Philly’s Foundry at the Fillmore on December 27, 2018.

Playing tracks from 2017’s “Doyle II: As We Die,” and 2013’s “Abominator,” Doyle’s band sounded incredible, fresh, and just plain nasty! Featuring Cancerslug’s Alex “Wolfman” Story on vocals, Wade Murff on drums, and Brandon Strate on bass, Doyle’s band is really more than just a Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein himself.

Doyle’s stage presence is undeniable. He plays shirtless, with his face-painted, wearing spandex pants and with  knee-pads that have “neck bolts.”   It looked like his guitar has taken such a beating it was epoxied and screwed back together and some point.
