The Foo Fighters are currently on their Asian tour, with Ilan Rubin on drums. Between shows, Dave Grohl has been exploring local parks, camera in hand, searching for rare birds. In his latest social media post, he can be seen crouched in thick brush, quietly observing the winged creatures.
The band recently shared a clip of their adventures on Instagram, tagging National Geographic. They expressed their excitement, saying, “So great meeting our new fans!!!”
This tour marks the Foo Fighters’ first major trip across the Pacific with Rubin on drums. Before heading overseas, they played surprise shows in small clubs across America, where fans got a taste of Rubin’s unique style.
Next up for the band is a performance in Tokyo on October 8. After that, they will take the stage at the Glion Arena in Kobe, Japan. In November, they will cross back over the Pacific for two shows in Mexico.
Fans can grab tickets for these upcoming shows and join in on the excitement. Stay tuned for more updates as the Foo Fighters continue their tour!
