Limp Bizkit Unveils Two New Tracks for ‘Battlefield 6’ Soundtrack

Limp Bizkit has dropped two new tracks in the latest game, Battlefield 6, which launched on October 10. The game features a total of 25 songs, including Limp Bizkit’s fresh instrumental, “Battlefield: The After-party,” and a lively track titled “Making Love to Morgan Wallen.” The band shared on social media, “Still Limp Bizkit — still rollin’.”

“Battlefield: The After-party” marks a new direction for Limp Bizkit. Fred Durst takes a step back, allowing the instruments to shine. The track is filled with raw metal riffs that blend seamlessly with the game’s unique sound, setting it apart from their usual style. Henry Jackman, known for his work on scores like Captain America: The Winter Soldier and X-Men: First Class, leads the music for the game. His compositions range from powerful battle anthems to softer tunes that match the game’s changing scenes.

Players can tune into the in-game radio to enjoy classic metal hits like Godsmack’s “Awake” and Drowning Pool’s “Bodies.” Each song sets a different mood. Tracks like “Halo Jump” and “Brooklyn Assault” get you pumped for action, while “A Changed World” slows things down when the fighting stops. “Strike from the Shadows” adds a stealthy vibe, and “The Dust Settles” brings a sense of calm after the chaos. Many songs reflect the military theme, with titles like “Storming the Beach,” “Gibraltar Offensive,” and “Taking Sectors.”

Jackman created several original pieces, and Limp Bizkit’s contributions add a powerful finish to the soundtrack. Since the game’s release, players have been diving into the action on all major gaming systems. You can stream the full soundtrack, whether you’re playing Battlefield 6 or just enjoying the music.
