This year, Santa has added five fun holiday themes using Virtual Staging AI. For almost ten years, Santa has opened his cozy cabin each December, letting everyone enjoy the magic of the season.
The 2025 update features bold designs like the frosty “Icicle Dream” suite and the candy-coated “Gingerbread House.” Amanda Pendleton, Zillow’s home trends expert, said, “Santa loves sharing his home so families can experience the magic of the season. This year, he’s letting visitors transform his iconic home into whimsical holiday themes.”
Families can visit the listing online, click “Stage This Space,” and switch between the original and redecorated views of Santa’s cabin. The new themes include Icicle Dream, Gingerbread House, Tinsel Town, Nordic Scandinavian, and Midnight Magic, each showing how Mr. and Mrs. Claus might celebrate the holidays.
Santa’s House is one of Zillow’s most popular listings, with over three million views. Its current Zestimate is $1,207,345, nearly doubling in value since it first appeared in 2016. The listing also features interactive floor plans and photo carousels, giving visitors an immersive experience.
While Santa isn’t moving anytime soon, Zillow’s data shows that listings with advanced features get 70 percent more views and shares.
