The Backstreet Boys are set to perform eight exclusive shows in Düsseldorf, Germany, at the Merkur Spiel-Arena from September 25 to early October 2026. This will be their only stop in Europe that year. The concert series, titled “Homecoming: Live in Germany,” celebrates the band’s special connection to Germany, where they first achieved success with their platinum hit “I’ll Never Break Your Heart” 30 years ago.
Before they became a global sensation, the Backstreet Boys built their fanbase in Germany, playing in clubs and festivals. German fans were among the first to support them, filling concerts and requesting their songs on the radio. Their first shows in Germany were at the Theater des Westens in Berlin, and they had a notable performance in 2012 with New Kids On The Block, selling over 11,600 tickets.
Brian Littrell from the band said, “When we say that this is a homecoming, it’s because everything started for us in Germany. That’s where our dream became reality. These concerts bring us full circle!”
The Düsseldorf shows follow the band’s successful “Into The Millennium” residency in Las Vegas, where they have performed to over 580,000 fans. Due to high demand, they have added more dates, bringing the total to 35 shows by February 2026. Each show in Vegas has sold out, with over 16,500 tickets sold per night.
Fans attending “Homecoming: Live in Germany” can look forward to an amazing experience, featuring hits from their iconic album Millennium, including favorites like “I Want It That Way.”
