On January 15, Skrillex surprised fans with the release of his new EP, *Kora*. This project features collaborations with Varg², Siiickbrain, Whitearmor, Eurohead, swedmæ, and Sacred Family, catching everyone off guard. The three-track collection marks the producer’s first offering of 2026 and was released through OWSLA/Atlantic Records, following his November 2025 EP, *hit me where it hurts x*.
The opening track, co-produced by Sacred Family, notably lacks drums, instead showcasing a blend of distorted bass lines, synths, and acoustic guitar segments. The second track brings together the talents of Varg², Eurohead, Whitearmor, and swedmæ, described as oscillating between aggressive distortion and delicate, crystalline arpeggios, with a wispy vocal hook that ties the contrasting elements together. The title track concludes the EP.
Earlier, in April 2025, Skrillex had released his ambitious 34-track album, *F*CK U SKRILLEX YOU THINK UR ANDY WARHOL BUT UR NOT!!*
