Another day, another leaked text message from President Donald Trump.
This time, he posted a screen grab which he says was sent from French President Emmanuel Macron to Trump.

A screen grab of the text posted to Truth Social shows the following message, seemingly from the French President:
My friend,
We are totally in line on Syria
We can do great things on Iran
I do not understand what you are doing on Greenland
Let us try to build great things :
1) I can set up a G7 meeting after Davos in Paris on Thursday afternoon. I can invite the Ukrainians, the Danish, the Syrians and the Russians in the margins
2) Let us have a dinner together in Paris together on Thursday before you go back to the US

Former French diplomat Francios-Joseph Schichan spoke out about the texts to the BBC, saying, “At the beginning of the text, Macron clearly acknowledges something he didn’t acknowledge in public, which is he didn’t understand Trump’s behaviour with Greenland. I think that’s damaging because you don’t want to be exposed like that, so that’s pretty embarrassing.”
Another leaked Trump text about Greenland made the rounds this week as well.
