Wolfgang Van Halen’s band, Mammoth, released a new video on January 23 for their song from the album, *The End*. This album features 10 tracks and runs for 39 minutes. It has already produced several hit singles and gained millions of views online. Michael “Elvis” Baskette produced the album, and Van Halen wrote all the songs, recording the instruments and vocals himself. BMG is handling the album’s distribution.
The lead single, which shares the same name as the album, debuted in May. The video, directed by Robert Rodriguez and Greg Nicotero, is a reimagining of the film *From Dusk Till Dawn* and features appearances by Danny Trejo, Slash, Myles Kennedy, and Valerie Bertinelli. The second single has also been a hit, racking up over 8 million views.
Mammoth is hitting the road this spring for a tour with 10 Years and James And The Cold Gun. The first leg kicks off on March 5 in Buffalo and wraps up on April 4 at Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, Minnesota. They’ll be stopping in cities like Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, and Portland, Maine.
The second leg of the tour starts on April 7 in Pittsburgh, teaming up with Bush and James And The Cold Gun. They’ll perform at venues like The Anthem in Washington, Brooklyn Paramount in New York, and MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston. After that, they’ll head to southern cities like Raleigh, Charlotte, and Biloxi before making their way to Texas. Late April and early May will see shows in Portland, Seattle, and Denver, with the tour concluding on May 15 at FirstBank Amphitheater in Franklin, Tennessee. They’ll also have shows in Hollywood and Clearwater, Florida, on May 12 and 13.
