Deftones Deliver Electrifying Performances on Their Sold-Out Tour

Deftones rocked the 3Arena in Dublin on Monday, February 17, in front of over 13,000 fans. This was a big step up from their last Dublin show at Vicar Street, which only holds about 1,000 people.

The Sacramento band kicked off the night with a powerful set that included hits like “Diamond Eyes.” Frontman Chino Moreno closed the show with fan favorites, leaving the crowd wanting more. Guitarist Lance Jackman and the rest of the band performed under four glowing poles, while abstract graphics lit up the backdrop throughout the concert.

Before Deftones took the stage, Denzel Curry and Drug Church warmed up the audience, setting the mood for an unforgettable night.

Deftones, who have been making music since the late 1980s, have built a loyal fan base across generations. Recently, they gained new attention on TikTok, with tracks like “Change (In The House Of Flies)” and “Sextape” going viral. The band was in Dublin to promote their latest album, *private music*. Their impressive discography also includes *Around the Fur*, a self-titled album that reached No. 2 on the US Billboard chart, and 2020’s *Ohms*.

Tickets for the 3Arena show sold out within hours, showing just how much fans wanted to see them live. Deftones will be back in Ireland on August 25 for a performance at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham. Don’t miss out on their upcoming shows!
