Tom Morello is reuniting with Bruce Springsteen for a special tour! The Rage Against the Machine guitarist will join the Boss for select songs during the “Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour” with the E Street Band. This exciting news comes after they performed together in January at a benefit concert in Minneapolis, which raised funds for the families of Renee Good and Alex Pretti, who tragically lost their lives due to federal immigration agents.
In a statement, Morello expressed the importance of their collaboration, saying, “After Bruce joined me last month in Minneapolis for our ‘Defend Minnesota’ charity concert, I was reminded how crucial our music can be at this dangerous historical juncture. Together, Bruce, the E Street Band, and I are going to shine a light on the current threats to democracy and human rights on this tour.”
The tour kicks off on March 31 in Minneapolis and wraps up on May 27 in Washington, D.C. For the full list of dates and ticket information, fans can check out BruceSpringsteen.net.
Due to this collaboration, Morello will be postponing his planned U.S. solo tour originally set for May. He previously toured with Springsteen and the E Street Band in the mid-2010s and recorded a cover of Springsteen’s “The Ghost of Tom Joad” with Rage in 2000. Get ready for an unforgettable tour filled with music, freedom, and rock ‘n’ roll!
