KISS Unveils Interactive Patch Game Honoring Band’s Legacy with Exclusive Digital and Physical Rewards

KISS has launched something exciting for fans! On February 26, they introduced an interactive patch game. Fans can earn patches for a virtual KISS Army jacket by completing challenges related to the band’s albums and rare items from their history. Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley announced the game in a video, sharing the stories behind each patch. These patches are not just random; each one represents a part of KISS’s incredible 50-year journey.

If you achieve VIP status in the KISS Army, you can buy an official jacket and order real patches that match what you earned in the game. At launch, four character patches were available: The Starchild, The Demon, The Catman, and The Spaceman.

The KISS website also features a Daily Trivia Quiz. Fans can check their personal listening stats and create customizable profile pictures. You can see how much you’ve listened, test your knowledge, and compare scores with other fans.

In other news, Stanley and Simmons will be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2026. The ceremony is set for June 11 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. The Hall of Fame highlighted their significant contributions to music. The original KISS lineup was inducted in 2014. Sadly, Ace Frehley, the original lead guitarist, passed away last October at the age of 74.

KISS wrapped up their final show on December 2, 2023, at Madison Square Garden, marking the end of their farewell tour that began in January 2019. In early 2024, they sold their music catalog, image rights, and brand name to Swedish company Pophouse Entertainment. Exciting projects, including a movie and a themed attraction, are in the works, with Simmons and Stanley involved in both.
