Blue October Celebrates 20th Anniversary of ‘Foiled’ with Vinyl Reissue
Great news for Blue October fans! The band is reissuing their 2006 album, *Foiled*, on vinyl to celebrate its 20th anniversary. The new release will be available on May 29 in both standard and deluxe editions. The deluxe version will feature bonus remixes and an acoustic version of their hit song “Hate Me.”
*Foiled* includes some of Blue October’s most popular tracks, like “Hate Me,” “Into the Ocean,” and the collaboration with Imogen Heap, “Congratulations.” Fans can also check out a new music video for “Congratulations” now streaming on YouTube.
In addition to the vinyl reissue, Blue October will kick off a U.S. tour in October to celebrate the album’s anniversary. During the tour, they will perform *Foiled* in its entirety at every show.
Frontman Justin Furstenfeld shared his excitement about the milestone, saying, “Let’s show and remind everyone just how special and eclectic that album is. And, most importantly, how much we wore our heart on our sleeve for it.”
Mark your calendars for May 29 to grab the vinyl and get ready for the tour this fall!
