Hegseth states that the pilots who performed a flyby near Kid Rock’s home are no longer suspended.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced that the pilots involved in the recent flyby of Apache helicopters near Kid Rock’s home in Nashville are no longer suspended. This decision comes after the Army had initially suspended the pilots while reviewing the situation. Hegseth expressed gratitude to Kid Rock, sharing a video of the flyby and stating, “Pilots suspension LIFTED. No punishment. No investigation. Carry on, patriots.”

The incident occurred over the weekend when Kid Rock shared videos on social media showing him saluting the helicopters as they flew low near his swimming pool. The helicopters are part of the 101st Airborne Division, based at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, about 60 miles from Nashville. They were also seen flying over a protest in Nashville that same day, but the division clarified that the helicopters were on a training mission and the timing was coincidental.

Kid Rock, a well-known rock star and supporter of former President Donald Trump, has frequently appeared at Trump campaign events. When asked about the flyby, he confidently remarked, “I think it will be alright — my buddy’s the commander in chief.”

The Army is conducting an administrative review of the incident to determine if further investigation is needed. For now, the pilots can return to their duties, and fans of Kid Rock can continue to enjoy his music without any concerns about the recent events.
