War Child is bringing back its Secret 7″ series, offering exclusive vinyl singles to raise money for the charity. The 2026 lineup features tracks like “Take a Slice” by Glass Animals, “Let’s Do It Again!” by The Last Dinner Party, and “Hope for the Future” by Bastille, among others. Only 100 copies of each single will be made, and each will come in a unique record sleeve with different artwork.
Fans can submit their own artwork for the sleeves until June 1. Once the sleeves are ready, they will be displayed starting August 18 at an exhibit in London, and then auctioned online. The identities of the artists and the tracks will remain a mystery until the buyer receives the record. War Child explains that this anonymity allows fans to bid on the sleeve they love, without knowing who the artist is until the auction ends.
War Child supports children affected by conflict worldwide. In March, the organization released the HELP(2) charity compilation, featuring contributions from artists like The Last Dinner Party, Arctic Monkeys, Damon Albarn, Beth Gibbons, Depeche Mode, beabadoobee, Fontaines D.C., Wet Leg, and Foals.
