See Noah Kahan’s reply to the little girl who wanted to play his music for her worm.

Noah Kahan has captured the hearts of a family after responding to a sweet TikTok video. A 5-year-old girl from Illinois named Caroline went viral when she found an earthworm, which she named Mira. In the video, she asked her mom, Gianna, to play Noah Kahan’s music for her new friend. When Gianna asked which song, Caroline excitedly requested “Orange Juice,” a track from Kahan’s album Stick Season that tells the story of two friends, one of whom is recovering from alcoholism.

Caroline even quoted the lyrics, saying, “Orange juice in the kitchen/bought for the children.” Gianna shared the video with Caroline’s grandmother, Amanda, who then posted it on TikTok. Initially, Amanda didn’t think much of it, but by morning, the video had exploded with hundreds of comments, including one from Noah himself. He wrote, “That worm’s gonna have some complicated feelings.”

Amanda later shared a follow-up video showing Gianna telling Caroline that Noah had seen their video and responded. Caroline’s reaction was pure joy: “Oh my God! I’m so excited!” Amanda expressed her hope that the video brought a moment of happiness to those who watched it, especially during tough times.
