Iron Maiden’s manager indicates the band will skip RRHOF due to touring commitments.

Iron Maiden has been selected for induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this year, but it looks like they won’t be able to attend the ceremony on November 14. The band is set to be on tour in Australia at that time. Their manager, Rod Smallwood, confirmed that the tour will go on as planned.

The Australian leg of Iron Maiden’s Run For Your Lives World Tour starts on November 11 in Adelaide and wraps up on November 19 in Brisbane. They will also perform in New Zealand and Japan during November. Smallwood reassured fans in Australasia that the Australian and New Zealand shows will not be affected, and the band is excited to bring the tour to them as part of their 50th anniversary celebrations.

Before heading to Australia, Iron Maiden will kick off the North American leg of their tour on September 3 in Montreal, Canada, and it will continue until September 29 in San Antonio, Texas. For a full list of tour dates, fans can visit IronMaiden.com.
