Rush delivered an exciting surprise for fans during their third show at the KIA Forum in Los Angeles on Thursday night. Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson have been mixing up their setlists since starting their Fifty Something tour on June 7. This time, they performed their classic 1981 album, Moving Pictures, in full. They played every song in order, kicking off with the famous “Tom Sawyer” and finishing with “Vital Signs.” This was the first time they played the entire album since July 2011.
In addition to the album, Rush included “New World Man” from their 1982 album Signals, marking its first live performance since 2002. The band will conclude their four-night run at the KIA Forum on Saturday. For a complete list of show dates, fans can check out Rush.com.
