Mike D, a member of the Beastie Boys, recently performed solo songs from his upcoming debut album, Thank You, on the British show Later… with Jools Holland. He was joined by his 5D band, which features his sons. During the set, they played “Switch Up” and “What We Got.” You can catch both performances on YouTube now. Thank You is set to release on August 28. This will be the first solo album from a Beastie Boy since the group split in 2012 after the passing of Adam “MCA” Yauch.
