Ozzy Osbourne’s throne added to Birmingham Museum exhibit

Ozzy Osbourne’s iconic throne is joining the Ozzy Osbourne: Working Class Hero exhibit at the Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery. Starting July 1, fans can see the black Gothic-style throne that Ozzy first unveiled during his 2024 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction. He last performed in it at the Back to the Beginning concert on July 5, 2025, which turned out to be his final show before he passed away on July 22, 2025.

Sara Wajid and Zak Mensah, co-chief executives at Birmingham Museums Trust, expressed that it’s fitting for the throne to be displayed as the one-year anniversary of the concert approaches. The exhibit originally opened on June 25, 2025, to coincide with the concert and was set to close in September 2025. However, it has now been extended until September 27, 2026.

In other news, Kelly Osbourne shared her feelings about missing her father in a heartfelt Father’s Day post on Instagram. She wrote, “Dad, I still find myself looking for you in ordinary moments… The ache of missing you is the price of loving you, and I would pay it forever rather than have never been your child at all!” She concluded with, “I will never stop missing you. It is an honor to spend the rest of my life loving you. Until we meet again!
