Nigel Dick, the director behind iconic music videos like Oasis’ “Wonderwall” and Guns N’ Roses’ “Sweet Child o’ Mine,” is set to release his memoir titled *Music Video Mischief*. The book will be available on September 15.
In *Music Video Mischief*, Dick takes readers behind the scenes of the music video world. He shares stories about the creative process, the personalities involved, and the challenges of working with big-name stars. Expect entertaining anecdotes about both the highs and lows of his career, including natural disasters and exciting adventures around the globe, all told with his trademark humor and passion for music.
Dick has also directed videos for other major artists, including Nickelback’s “Photograph,” Ozzy Osbourne’s “Back to Earth,” Britney Spears’ “Oops!…I Did It Again,” and Band Aid’s “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger praised Dick, saying, “If you thought Nigel could direct a video, you should see him write a book!
