Gorillaz is bringing their immersive exhibit House of Kong to New York City. The show runs Sept. 1–28 at the Agger Fish Building in Brooklyn. Presales start June 29 at 10 a.m. ET. General tickets go on sale June 30 at 10 a.m. ET.
Creative director Stephen Gallagher calls House of Kong an audio-visual artwork, not a retrospective. The installation looks back to show the way forward. It has already appeared in Los Angeles and London.
The band will also start a U.S. tour in September. The dates support their new album, The Mountain, released in February. For more info, visit HouseofKong.Gorillaz.com.
