Tom DeLonge of Blink-182 is behind a new animated series called Breaking Bear. The trailer is now online. The show follows a family of talking bears who run a drug empire to save their forest from frackers and fight a parade of violent enemies. DeLonge has described it as “a ridiculous show about animals doing drugs,” and the trailer delivers that tone and crude humor.
The voice cast includes Brendan Fraser, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Annie Murphy, Josh Gad and Elizabeth Hurley. Breaking Bear will premiere July 24 on Tubi.
On the music side, Blink-182 just marked 25 years since Take Off Your Pants and Jacket and have announced European tour dates starting in June 2027. Fans can expect the band to be active on the road again next summer.
