Beck has released a new version of his single “Ride Lonesome,” now featuring singer Sierra Ferrell. The two first met on a Nashville dance floor five years ago. Beck says she taught him to two-step and later impressed him onstage. He wrote that singing together at last “might’ve beat the original version.”
The original “Ride Lonesome” came out in April. It follows several one-off singles from Beck over the past few years, including “Thinking About You” and the Phoenix collaboration “Odyssey.” His latest album is 2019’s Hyperspace.
Beck will launch the Ride Lonesome North American tour in September.
