​Embark on a brief narrative journey with Almost Monday as they unveil their latest track, ‘Delicate,’ which serves as a musical companion to the tale.  

Almost monday has released a new song called “delicate.” The track is from their upcoming second album, THANK GOD IT’S ALMOST MONDAY, due Sept. 9.

Vocalist Cole Daugherty says “delicate” is similar in tone to “she likes sports” from their 2024 debut, DIVE. He calls it fun, tongue-in-cheek, and story-driven. The band also released a video for the song. Daugherty says it could work as a short film someday.

Bassist Luke Fabry joked the band hasn’t gotten a cease-and-desist from TGI Friday’s over the album title—“We’ll know we’ve made it when that happens,” he said. Daugherty agreed it would be “epic.”

Almost monday will start a U.S. headlining tour in September. The “delicate” video is streaming now on YouTube.
