Black Stone Cherry has released an acoustic version of “Deep” from their new EP Celebrate. The band posted that they’re happy to share this more intimate take. They say stripping the song back and adding mandolin, dobro and slide guitar brings out its emotion and message.
Celebrate came out in March. It follows their 2023 album Screamin’ at the Sky and includes the title track and a cover of Simple Minds’ “Don’t You (Forget About Me)” featuring Tyler Connolly of Theory of a Deadman.
Black Stone Cherry will play several U.S. shows in July. In August they head out on the Wild Cherry tour with Buckcherry.
