Phoebe Bridgers’ new album Lost Weekend is getting major praise — including from Taylor Swift. Swift posted on Instagram for Bridgers’ 32nd birthday, saying she “hasn’t been able to stop listening” and calling the record “an absolute triumph in every way.” Swift praised Bridgers for writing about grief with “such vulnerability and detail” and trusting listeners with that honesty.
Pitchfork also gave Lost Weekend a Best New Music nod. Bridgers joined Swift on select dates of the Eras Tour, and she’ll start a sold-out arena tour for Lost Weekend in September.
