Foo Fighters are taking a special one-night detour from their global “Take Cover” stadium tour to serve as direct support for AC/DC on September 8 at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
The massive lineup addition comes as Foo Fighters fill in for their friends in The Pretty Reckless, bringing two generations of rock powerhouses together for a rare shared bill. Frontman Dave Grohl has long cited AC/DC as a primary influence and standard for live performances, famously referencing their classic concert film Let There Be Rock as the blueprint for how a live rock band should perform.
Currently on the road supporting their latest album, Your Favorite Toy, the one-off appearance marks an unforgettable stadium event before Foo Fighters resume their own headlining tour dates.
