The track previews the artist’s first album since 2019, set for release on September 18.
Beck has released a new single titled “Disappearing Act,” featured on his upcoming album, Ride Lonesome. A press release describes the track as a “work of almost subliminal beauty” that includes “an ethereal wave [of] acoustic guitar and orchestration, topped by sublime and entrancing vocal melodies.”
Set for release on Sept. 18, Ride Lonesome is Beck’s first full-length album since 2019’s Hyperspace. In addition to “Disappearing Act,” the album contains the previously released track “In the Night” as well as the title track. Beck will launch a North American headlining tour in September to support the new record.
