The singer announced that her intimate UK dates this week will be rescheduled after falling ill on her birthday.
Phoebe Bridgers has postponed a series of intimate concerts in the U.K. this week after being diagnosed with appendicitis. Bridgers announced the diagnosis in an Instagram Story on Wednesday, confirming that her remaining U.K. dates would be rescheduled. She had performed a show in London on Monday, which was also her birthday, and had been scheduled to play additional shows on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Despite the postponement, Bridgers recently received praise from Taylor Swift, who called her new album, Lost Weekend, an “absolute triumph.” Bridgers is currently set to launch a sold-out U.S. arena tour in support of the album in September.
