Vevo released a live performance video of Foo Fighters performing “Child Actor” on Wednesday, Sept. 9. Recorded at the band’s 606 studio in Los Angeles, the clip serves as the first installment of Vevo’s new Extended Play series, which spotlights artists in settings tied to their latest work and will culminate in a short film combining interviews and live sets. “Child Actor” is featured on the rock group’s 2026 album, Your Favorite Toy.
The band is currently wrapping up its Take Cover Tour on Sept. 26 in Las Vegas with a touring lineup featuring Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett, Pat Smear, Rami Jaffee, and drummer Ilan Rubin. Foo Fighters will subsequently play nine stadium shows across Australia and New Zealand from Nov. 5 through Jan. 25, 2027, supported by 16 local opening acts.
