Evan Stanley and Nick Simmons kick off their debut headining trek showcasing their rootsy Americana sound.
Evan Stanley and Nick Simmons, the sons of KISS members Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, kicked off the first-ever U.S. tour for their band, Stanley Simmons, on September 14 at Three Links Deep Ellum in Dallas, Texas. The duo performed songs from their debut album, Dancing While The World Is Ending, showcasing a rootsy, Americana-leaning sound. The tour is set to run through November 3, concluding in West Hollywood, California.
Though the two have known each other since childhood, they decided to form the group after recording an Instagram reel together in December 2024 and beginning song collaboration in February 2025. Addressing discussions regarding their famous surnames, the musicians noted that while their family connections may generate initial curiosity, sustained interest depends on the music itself. Paul Stanley voiced support for the project on The Drew Lane Show, praising the debut record and stating that while a notable name can open doors, talent ultimately dictates an artist’s success.
