The duo’s acoustic side project will perform stripped-down shows across North America this winter.
Shinedown vocalist Brent Smith and guitarist Zach Myers have announced an 11-city North American tour for their acoustic side project, Smith & Myers. Announced on September 15, the December run begins on December 1 at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre in St. Augustine, Florida, and wraps up on December 18 at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. Additional stops include Minneapolis, Green Bay, Chicago, Boston, Jersey City, Baltimore, Atlanta, Houston, and Dallas. Tickets go on sale September 18 at 10 a.m. local time, with artist and venue presales taking place earlier that week.
Smith & Myers launched in 2014 with two cover EPs—Acoustic Sessions, Part 1 and Acoustic Sessions, Part 2—before releasing their original double album Smith & Myers Volume 1 & Volume 2 in 2020, produced by Dave Bassett. The December acoustic shows coincide with an active year for Shinedown, who released their eighth studio album, Ei8ht, in 2026 and are currently playing their 11-country Dance, Kid, Dance Act II World Tour.
