Noah Weiland Named Lead Singer of Zephyring

The vocalist will make his live debut with the Los Angeles rock band on Dec. 4 at The Viper Room.

Noah Weiland, son of late Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland, has joined the Los Angeles rock band Zephyring as their new lead singer. Weiland replaces former lead vocalist Taz, who left the band in August. He will make his live debut with the group on Dec. 4 at The Viper Room in Los Angeles, performing alongside lead guitarist Frank Salazar, rhythm guitarist Pyn Doll, bassist Gabe Maska, and drummer Kyle Brian.

Zephyring released their latest album, Mantraman Or Astroman?, in August. Prior to joining the band, Weiland fronted the group Suspect208 and performed a tribute concert honoring his father last year. He also announced via video that his solo album, CRASHOUT JUNKIE, remains scheduled for release on Oct. 1. Tickets for the Dec. 4 Viper Room performance are available through the venue.
