Designed by Matthew Jacobson, the “Las Vegas Frenzy” poster doubles as a functional game featuring record grooves and playing cards.
All 350 concert copies of a board-game concert poster for Jack White’s Oct. 2 show at BleauLive Theater in Las Vegas sold out at the event. Titled “Jack White: Las Vegas Frenzy,” the 18-by-24-inch poster was created by Chicago designer Matthew Jacobson. The game allows two to six players to race around giant record grooves to get Jack White and his band onstage, featuring a 52-card deck, six wooden playing pieces, a custom wooden die, four mystery cards, and a rulebook.
The total edition is limited to 480 copies, covering allocations for the venue, band, and artist, with additional copies going on sale online starting Oct. 9 for $150 via Jacobson’s Magic Paper shop. Following the show, Jacobson hosted a game night at the Azul Lounge inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas for fans to learn and play the game together.
