Judas Priest, Soundgarden Are Now Voted Top Five on HOF Ballot

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will soon announce the class of 2020 and now Judas Priest and Soundgarden will each receive one induction vote after making it to the top five in the special fan ballot. While this nomination doesn’t guarantee induction it does mean that their “fan ballot” will be cast along other ballots and be added up to determine which acts make it in the 2020 class. Dave Matthews Band came in number one in the fan-voted top five with over one million votes, followed by Pat Benatar and The Doobie Brothers. Soundgarden and Judas Priest came in at 4 and 5.
