Brisbane, Australia band AWAKEN I AM — Jimmy Alexander (vocals), Luke McKenzie (drums), and Ryan Oxford (bass) — have shared the video for their new single “Roses.” Watch it here.
“‘Roses’ tells the story of a relationship that appears beautiful on the outside but is slowing dying within, and the couple involved is struggling to come to the realization of this,” explains Alexander.
“Roses” is the first song the band has released since signing to SBG Records. It is now available at all DSPs.
Awaken I Am, described by New Noise as “deserving your attention” and as “high-gravity post-hardcore” by Kerrang!, will release more new music in 2020.
But for now, “Roses…”
