1. I’ve purchased tickets to the live stream. How do I watch it?
-In order to access the live stream page you will need to be signed into your account. If you have not created an account, you can do so here with the email you used to place your order. Once you have created your account, our site will know if you purchased tickets and you will be able to see the stream at this page.
2. I’ve purchased a Butthole Burner pedal. How do I get my ticket to the live stream?
-Our site already knows and has you all set up. Just follow the instructions in #1 above and you’ll be all set!
3. Can I buy tickets for my friends?
-You can only buy one ticket at a time, but you can buy this gift certificate for someone else. You will receive an email you can forward to them so that they can use it to purchase a free ticket to the show.
4. Why can’t I buy more than one ticket?
-Our system authenticates each buyer by their account. Since only one person can be signed into an account at a time, each account needs its own ticket.
5. How can I watch the live stream on my TV?
-Yes, if your TV has a web browser app or if you are using a product like AppleTV, Chromecast or Amazon’s Fire Stick that also has a web app. In all cases, you simply need to download a browser, navigate to our website, sign in and then navigate to the live stream page like normal.

6. Will this live stream be available for download or on-demand viewing later?
-YES! Ticket holders can watch, or rewatch, the stream for up to 48 hours after the event.
7. How do I win prizes?
-There are 2 ways to win.
#1. We’ll be giving away 2 Butthole Burner pedals, a Monster Energy Skateboard, Guitar and Boombox to people watching during the live stream. All you have to do is show up.
#2. Upload your best dressed up (or down) photo during the show to Instagram using the hashtag #fantherparty. We’ll pick 2 winners after the show from these photos and give away a Butthole Burner and a years supply of Monster Energy.
