Foo Fighters have announced they will be postponing their July 17 show at the Los Angeles Forum due to someone in their camp testing positive for COVID-19.

The band shared a brief message to social media stating, “Despite having made every effort to follow CDC Covid protocols and local laws, there has been a confirmed COVID-19 case within the Foo Fighters organization. Out of an abundance of caution and concern for the safety of the band, crew and most of all the fans, Saturday’s show at the Los Angeles Forum is being postponed to a later date. The new date will be announced shortly. Tickets for the July 17th date will be honored for the new date.”

The Foo’s Forum show was going to be the band’s second high-profile, full-capacity gig following the lifting of various lockdown measures due to the coronavirus pandemic. Ford vs Farrari. That show was also the first full-capacity event to take place at MSG since the beginning of the pandemic and was chronicled in the mini-documentary below.
