Carly Pearce and Chris Stapleton won the Artist of the Year categories at last night’s (7) 57th Academy of Country Music Awards. The ceremony was held at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas and hosted by Dolly Parton, Jimmie Allen, and Gabby Barrett, and broadcast exclusively on Prime Video.

Miranda Lambert took the prestigious Entertainer of the Year award for the first time, just ahead of her visit to Europe to headline at the C2C (Country to Country) Festival this weekend. As well as Female Artist of the Year, Pearce had a second win for Music Event of the Year with “Never Wanted To Be That Girl,” her collaboration with Ashley McBryde.

Stapleton’s win for Male Artist of the Year was his third, and his 13th ACM Award overall. Lainey Wilson was the top winner on the night with three awards, for New Female Artist of the Year, and as both artist and co-writer (with Jason Nix and Jonathan Singleton) of the Song of the Year, “Things A Man Oughta Know.” Morgan Wallen’s Dangerous: The Double Album was Album of the Year and Carrie Underwood’s “If I Didn’t Love You” with Jason Aldean was Single of the Year.

Lambert also won for Video of the Year with “Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home),” her duet with Elle King, and Old Dominion were Group of the Year for the fifth time. Other winners included a first for Parker McCollum, as New Male Artist of the Year, and Brothers Osborne, with their third as Duo of the Year and sixth overall.

Playing “Skeletons,” Brothers Osborne also joined a list of 22 performances from 28 artists, including Parton (who sang Big Dreams and Faded Jeans” with Kelsea Ballerini), Stapleton (with “Watch You Burn”), Pearce, McBryde, Underwood (with both a tribute to Dolly, and her duet with Aldean), Thomas Rhett, Maren Morris, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, and Kelly Clarkson. Jimmie Allen and Gabby Barrett celebrated the show’s Sin City location by singing “Viva Las Vegas” and “Let’s Go To Vegas” respectively. Brothers Osborne and Brittney Spencer closed the show with “These Boots are Made for Walkin.”
