Vince Neil Appears in Ad for Short-Term Loan Provider (Spoiler: It’s Weird)

Vince Neil assumingly took a break from prepping for Motley Crue’s big tour this summer to appear in a commercial for Dollar Loan Center, a short-term loan provider.

Per Dollar Loan Center’s “About” section on their YouTube channel, “Dollar Loan Center offers Signature Loans up to $5,000 in Nevada and Utah. We have over 50 convenient locations for you or you can apply Online at DontBeBroke.com or by Phone at 866-550-4352 today!”

The ad is rather baffling for a number of reasons, from how Neil even got involved to the fact the ad is centered around Dollar Loan Center’s “Loan Approval Machine,” which happens to evoke The Cult’s classic tune “Love Removal Machine.” Whether that latter statement was the point of whoever came up with the ad’s concept, it makes casting Neil in the ad all the more confusing because…well…The Cult and the Crue are two very different bands.

Regardless, we’re all just hoping Neil will be in tour shape when the Crue joins Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett & the Blackhearts on the road this summer.
