Volbeat Parts Ways with Longtime Guitarist Rob Caggiano

Volbeat has announced they have parted ways with their longtime guitarist Rob Caggiano, who’s been with the band since 2013.

The band shared the news in a statement today saying, in part, “During our time together, we’ve traveled the world sharing great experiences and released four albums that we are immensely proud of, and we wouldn’t change a moment of it. We wish our brother Rob all the best with everything he does in the future (we know it’s going to be great)!”

Volbeat also shared that Arcane Order guitarist Flemming C. Lung will be filling in for Coggiano on the band’s 2023 tour dates. The band is booked for a number of festivals in Europe and North America this summer. Additionally, Volbeat is also playing a handful of headlining dates in North America in July.
