Eddie Vedder‘s inner “Swiftie” has been exposed after he was spotted at the Taylor Swift concert in Seattle, Washington.
The Pearl Jam lead singer dressed to impress at this weekend’s show. He rocked a sequin blazer and t-shirt that reworded the line from Swift’s song Anti-Hero. The song’s lyrics are “It’s me, hi, I’m the problem, it’s me”, Vedder’s shirt read: “It’s Me, Hi, I’m the father, It’s Me”. He also sported a few matching Taylor Swift themed bracelets with his wife, Jill Vedder, and his daughters, Olivia and Harper.
Vedder was also not shy to greet fans at the concert. One lucky fan posted a TikTok of the star wishing her dad a Happy Birthday.
If the concert was not already special enough, Taylor Swift swiped out two classics for her “surprise songs”. The Reading, Pennsylvania native played “This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things” from her Reputation album and “Everything Has Changed” that she originally recorded with Ed Sheeren.
Vedder was not the only star in attendance. Imagine Dragons’ Dan Reynolds was in also in the VIP tent with his family during the Saturday Night show. And Haim joined Taylor Swift on stage to perform “No Body No Crime”.
Swift’s New Eras Tour continues this weekend with two nights in Santa Clara, CA. Then it wraps Wednesday, August 9th after a six-night-stand in Los Angeles. Just in time for Pearl Jam’s mini-US tour to kick off on August 31st.
