Jelly Roll Expands ‘Beautifully Broken’ With Deluxe Edition

Jelly Roll is celebrating the release of his new album Beautifully Broken by sharing six surprise bonus tracks. The (Pickin’ Up the Pieces) Deluxe Edition features “Take a Bow (ft. Halsey),” “Don’t Want To (ft. Keith Urban),” “Devil Down (ft. ERNEST),” “Really Gone (ft. Russ),” and “Past Yesterday (ft. Skylar Grey). The previously-released song “Lonely Road,” a collaboration with mgk, interpolates John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads” and is co-produced by Travis Barker.

Beautifully Broken is the followup to the artist born Jason Deford’s 2023 country debut, Whitsitt Chapel. It features the hit “I Am Not Okay” and fan-favorite track “Liar.” Another track, “Get By,” was selected by ESPN as the 2024 College Football Season anthem. Jelly Roll debuted the album opener “Winning Streak” during his debut performance on Saturday Night Live. Mgk also appears on the album cut “Time of Day.” Net profits from every pre-order of Beautifully Broken in Jelly’s U.S. web store has benefited organizations supporting addiction and mental health awareness.

The Nashville singer-songwriter is currently on tour supporting Beautifully Broken. Guests on the tour include Warren Zeiders, Alexandra Kay, ERNEST, Shaboozey, and Allie Colleen and the dates wrap up November 23 in Jacksonville, Florida.

Whitsitt Chapel debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 all-genre chart and No. 2 on the top country album charts, becoming the largest debut Country album of the year. It featured the smash singles “Need a Favor” and “Halfway to Hell.” Whitsitt Chapel also included Jelly Roll’s confessional #1 hit single “Save Me,” a collaboration with Lainey Wilson. The track landed a Grammy nomination for Best Duo/Group Performance and earned Jelly his first ACM win for Music Event of the year.

Last year, Jelly Roll was nominated for Best New Artist at the Grammys and was honored with Billboard’s Breakthrough Award. At the 2023 CMA Awards, where he was the most-nominated male, Jelly Roll took home his first CMA Award for New Artist of the Year. He later swept the CMT Music Awards and became the most-awarded artist of the night. Earlier this year, the Nashville native won Male Country Artist of the Year at the People’s Choice Award and received eight genre-spanning nominations at the 2024 iHeartRadio Awards, winning the awards for best New Country and Pop artist.
