A Night of Food, Culture, and Community: What to Expect from the 2026 Garces Foundation Benefit

This spring, Philadelphia’s culinary and cultural scene will unite for the 14th annual Garces Foundation Benefit on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m. at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia. The event, themed “One Delicious Evening, Infinite Impact,” is all about supporting the city’s immigrant community.

Expect a lively night filled with food, music, art, and purpose. The Artisan Night Market-inspired fundraiser will feature top chefs, restaurants, and artists from around the city. Founded by Iron Chef José Garces and Dr. Beatriz Garces in 2010, the Garces Foundation helps immigrants access vital services like healthcare, English classes, and digital literacy programs.

Guests will enjoy unlimited bites from popular local spots like Amada, Bolo, Buena Onda, and more. Dishes include lamb meatballs, scallop toast, cheesesteak bao buns, and coconut curry fish wrapped in banana leaves.

The night won’t just be about food. Attendees can groove to music from Suena Cimarron, watch folkloric dancers from Colombia Mi Corazón Es Tuyo, and admire artwork from muralist Manuela Guillén. There will also be an artisan market with handmade crafts and a silent and live auction featuring unique culinary experiences, travel packages, and concert tickets.

Tickets are $125 per person, which includes free parking and coat check. Proceeds will support programs that helped over 1,000 people in 2025, many of whom earn less than $13,000 a year. The Garces Foundation Benefit is more than just a party; it’s a celebration of the diverse cultures and contributions that make Philadelphia special.
