AC/DC’s Power Up Tour Delivers an Electrifying Final Show in Their Home Country

AC/DC is set to rock Suncorp Stadium on December 14 and 18, marking the final shows of their POWER UP Australian Tour. After selling out 10 shows in North America, the band is ready to bring their high-energy performance back to Brisbane for the first time in 10 years.

The lineup features legendary guitarist Angus Young, vocalist Brian Johnson, rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, drummer Matt Laug, and bassist Chris Chaney. Opening for AC/DC will be Amyl & The Sniffers and Brisbane’s own Headsend. Gates open at 5 p.m., with Headsend kicking off the night at 6:10 p.m., followed by Amyl & The Sniffers at 7 p.m., and AC/DC hitting the stage at 8:30 p.m.

Promoter Christo Van Egmond from TEG Van Egmond shared, “AC/DC’s POWER UP Tour has electrified fans across the country. After 10 years, their return promises high-voltage rock and roll, and Brisbane fans can expect an unforgettable experience!”

Fans can look forward to a setlist packed with 19 songs, including classics like “Thunderstruck,” “Back in Black,” “Highway to Hell,” and “You Shook Me All Night Long.” The encore will feature “T.N.T.” and “For Those About To Rock (We Salute You).”

For those attending, public transport will be free for ticketholders three hours before and after each show. Trains will stop at Milton Station, just a 10-minute walk from the venue. Shuttle buses will also run from various locations in the city. Parking will be limited, so plan ahead if you’re driving.

Final tickets are still available for both shows. All ages are welcome, but children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Don’t miss out on this epic rock event!
