Aerosmith and Yungblud have teamed up for a new EP called *One More Time*. The first single, “My Only Angel,” drops on Friday, September 19. This announcement follows their recent performance at the VMAs, where Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, and Yungblud hinted at the upcoming EP. They performed a tribute medley to Ozzy Osbourne, featuring “Crazy Train,” “Changes,” and “Mama, I’m Coming Home” at the 2025 Video Music Awards on September 7.
This EP marks Aerosmith’s first new music in 12 years and their first release since announcing their retirement from touring in August 2024. The EP includes four brand new songs and a fresh version of their classic “Back In the Saddle,” all featuring vocals from Yungblud and Steven Tyler. Along with “My Only Angel” and a 2025 Mix of “Back in the Saddle,” the EP will also feature tracks like “Problems,” “Wild Woman,” and “A Thousand Days.”
Earlier this year, Aerosmith collaborated with the NBA for the “Don’t Miss A Thing” campaign during the NBA Playoffs, using their hit “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing.” Steven Tyler and Joe Perry expressed their long-standing connection with the NBA, especially as fans of the Boston Celtics.
Meanwhile, Yungblud recently released a documentary about the making of his music video for “Zombie,” which is on his fourth studio album, *Idols*. The video stars Florence Pugh as a dedicated nurse. Yungblud reached out to her on Instagram to collaborate, sharing his admiration for her work.
