Will the Oasis reunion tour extend into 2026? Vocalist Liam Gallagher hinted at future shows during the band’s final performance at Wembley Stadium in September when he said, “See you next year.” However, he later took to social media to clarify his comments.
Liam wrote, “You will see me next year and the year after and so on, just not sure yet if it’ll be with Oasis. We need to sit down and discuss these things.” He added, “If it was all up to me, we’d be touring till the day we die because it’s the best thing in the world, but unfortunately, it’s not.”
When asked if his “See you next year” comment caused any issues within the band, Liam admitted, “There were a few tuts and raised eyebrows.”
It’s worth noting that Liam previously joked about Oasis recording a new album after their reunion, so it’s hard to tell if he’s joking again this time.
The Oasis reunion tour kicked off in July, marking the end of the long-standing feud between Liam and his brother, Noel Gallagher. The tour included three major U.S. stadiums: Soldier Field in Chicago, MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, and the Rose Bowl in Los Angeles.
The last show on the current schedule is set for Sunday in Brazil. Fans are eager to see what happens next!
