Anthrax will tell their story in a new graphic novel. NOT: The Illustrated Oral History of Anthrax arrives March 16, 2027 from Z2.
Drummer Charlie Benante says the band has 40-plus years of stories and this format lets fans see them in comic form. He promises the stories are true and funny. Benante also praised the artists and the collaboration with Z2.
Anthrax already worked with Z2 on a comic version of their 1987 album Among the Living. The band also has a new album, Cursum Perficio, due Sept. 18. It’s their first record in 10 years.
